DIRECTORS

Kyle Y. Rone
Kyle Rone has over twenty-six years with IBM. He has held many technical and management positions in systems engineering, simulation, software development and verification. He is currently working on advanced software engineering technology for NASA, and is staff to the Manager of Onboard Space systems of the Federal Sector Division. Mr. Rone also teaches Project Management, Cost Engineering and Software TQM as part of the Software Engineering Masters Program at the University of Houston - Clear Lake. Kyle Rone holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Bob K. Culpepper
As Manager and Director of Houston Operations for LinCom Corporation, Bob Culpepper is responsible for overall management and direction of the LinCom Corporation Houston Operations. LinCom performs the Technology Development Contract for NASA which researches and develops the state-of-the-art in information systems technology. Prior to joining LinCom he was employed by Barrios Technology for over 11 years, including serving as the Vice President of Operations. Our companies have teamed on several occasions and our corporate skills complement one another to promote the success of each. Dr. Culpepper provides extensive, direct advice pertinent to managing this, and other similar contracts. His knowledge of the industry and record of success stands as a strong asset to ECOLOGICS. Dr. Culpepper received his B.S. in Physics from Southwestern State University of Oklahoma in 1963, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas in 1969 and 1971,

Peter L. Lange
Peter Lange currently works as a business process consultant for Fortune 500 companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He previously worked as a Senior Consultant in the Space and High Technology Practice Division of KPMG Peat Marwick. He provides expertise to a variety of financial and high technology corporations, specializing in operations analysis, Business Planning, and Total Quality Management implementation. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, and an MBA from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, specializing in International Business.

Kurt S. Myers
Kurt Myers has over thirty years of experience as a lawyer specializing in intellectual property rights, patent, trademark and copyright law. Throughout his career he has worked in various technical fields including Petro-Chemical, Computers, and Aerospace arenas. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a JD from American University, Washington College of Law.

James F. Knight
Frank Knight has thirty years of experience in aeronautical and space operations and management. He has served as a Systems Instructor for Shuttle crew training for NASA. He was responsible for manning a Shuttle Mission Control Center console position for the first thirteen Shuttle missions and associated training simulations. Mr. Knight subsequently served as Flight Operations Manager and Payload Operations Director for the NASA Life Sciences mission where he was responsible for the direction and guidance of operations personnel performing flight and ground crew training, Payload Operations Control Center data system management, payload timeline development and payload integration. Mr. Knight has held the Program Manager position on several significant projects. Mr. Knight graduated from West Point in 1957 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and earned an MBA from Auburn University.

David O. Wicks
David Wicks is Vice President Of Cablevision Communications, a nationwide cable TV provider. Mr. Wicks was Assistant Director of the NASA Mid-Continent Technology Transfer Center. In this position he assists commercial industry with incorporation of aerospace developed technology into their product development and operations. Prior to joining the MCTTC Mr. Wicks held positions as President of Criterion Investments, Inc. and Senior Partner of Criterion Venture Partners located in Houston. Criterion manages venture capital partnerships and invests primarily in technology oriented opportunities located in Texas and the Southwest. Mr. Wicks has extensive managerial and investment experience with approximately 20 years in the venture capital industry, and has participated in investment management in the aerospace, medical, computer hardware and software, genetic engineering, and retail industries. Mr. Wicks received an MBA degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a BA degree from Trinity College, in Harford, CT.

John Koester
Mr. Koester has over 34 years experience in Systems Engineering, Computing Systems and Aerospace Engineering primarily for NASA and DoD programs. He served as SSF System Architect and Technical Lead for general purpose tools for the Ground Systems Development Environment for NASA. He has worked with the IVTE and the Software Production Environment. Mr. Koester performed Quality Assurance and Life Cycle Costing for the proposed DoD Shuttle Control Center SOPC, and integrated and tested telemetry subsystems for Apollo mission operations. He also coordinated system integration and test activities as supervisor of the Real Time Computer Complex. Mr. Koester was Director of an ECOLOGICS contract with McDonnell Douglas to perform Space Station Flight Data Ground Administration engineering and integration support and assurance that Shuttle avionics software integration processes and products are used for SSF, where applicable. Mr. Koester has B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Auburn University.

James E. Ford
Jim Ford has over 35 years experience in aerospace program management, project management, project engineering, systems engineering, integration and related areas. Mr. Ford has 20 years experience as a program manager on major space programs performing planning scheduling, engineering master schedules, and data management operations. He was instrumental in the development of the Management Operational Centers for the Apollo program. Mr. Ford received his B.S. in Management from the University of Arizona in 1973 and a B.S. in Management & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1958.

Ronald D. Scott
Ron Scott has been associated for thirty-five years in management roles with a wide variety of Systems Engineering organizations covering all technical and business management aspects of advanced space, energy, and civil systems. His experience encompasses concept definition; engineering design and development; project engineering and program management; formulation of R & D programs and long-range Policy Planning. Mr. Scott earned a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, an M.S. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Alabama, and a Masters of Public Administration from Indiana University in Science, Technology & Public Policy.

Holmes H. McClure
"Mac" McClure has over 42 years experience with Dow Chemical company with over 20 years in Process Research on a wide variety of petrochemical projects. He worked in Research Management for 14 years and became Research Director of the Texas Division (1971-1978) where he oversaw all process research, new products, and basic research of the Division with a total of 1250 employees. Mr. McClure later became General Manager of the Texas Division for five years, and then Vice President of Dow's Gulf Coast Operations which included the responsibility for both the Texas and Louisiana Divisions with a total of 9000 employees. Mr. McClure has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
